I’ve mentioned in a few previous posts that I’m not a fan of Greek yogurt, though I must acknowledge that they are good for you because it’s packed with protein and calcium. But now I’ve learned how to make Greek yogurt more likeable! At least, for me. Why don’t I like them? It’s too thick and tart. So my remedy for that? It’s the first part of this recipe. Mixing in milk and honey, Greek yogurt tastes soo much better. To me, at least.
That’s if I just wanted to eat Greek yogurt. But now that I’ve discovered I can make Frozen Greek Yogurt Blueberry Cups, I’m so sure I’ll be eating Greek yogurt a lot more.

I’ve been craving pizza. Not the typical pepperoni or combo pizza. I wanted one with fresh ingredients; maybe arugula, or farm egg, or butternut squash. But to go to a pizza parlor that specializes in these fresh ingredients means that the pizzas will be relatively expensive. So what better way to satisfy my craving than to make my own? I have most of these ingredients in my kitchen. All I really need is the crust.

I love mushrooms, as you can probably tell from all my previous recipes. It works well with so many things that oftentimes I just add them in a recipe without thinking. This time, I decided that I wanted to try stuffing mushrooms with butternut squash. Why? I had a butternut squash sitting around for awhile, and I wanted to try something different. It turned out really well. Butternut squash is healthy and filling. It’s filled with Vitamin A, potassium, and fiber, which are all important for our health. What’s even better is that butternut squash is low in fat.
