This past week Cinco de Mayo landed on Taco Tuesday so of course we had to celebrate with homemade tacos. These were honey chipotle chicken tacos with fajita vegetables topped with guacamole and other taco fixings.

Happy Friday!
I miss the days when we can walk outside and go out to eat or strolls without worry. How is it that that was only a month ago? The other day I left the house for a little walk by the ocean to get some exercise and a breath of fresh air and couldn’t help but take a photo of the dramatic skies.

Last weekend, my sisters and I went to the Craft Chocolate Experience at the Palace of Fine Arts where over 90 different exhibitors were there to showcase their chocolates. Soo many different types of chocolates. I love that there are chocolates from all over the world. So I got to try flavors that are inspired by Thai flavors and by Vietnamese flavors.
Here are a few of the interesting chocolates that we tried.

Have you seen Hamilton yet?
A few days ago, we went to see Hamilton a second time because we won Hamilton lottery tickets. Each ticket only cost $10. If you haven’t had a chance to watch Hamilton yet, I highly recommend it. I would also highly recommend downloading the Hamilton app and entering the lottery for a chance to win a pair of cheap tickets to the show.

Spring arrived a little early this year. The cherry blossoms and magnolias are already blooming in the trees. Since it’s been a little warmer this past week, we decided to catch the sunset after work. We had the perfect view of the Golden Gate Bridge.
