Sweet strawberries blended with fresh orange juice and plain Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy. This strawberry citrus yogurt dressing tastes amazing with fresh salads, especially ones with seasonal fruits.
It’s been such an incredible weekend full of celebration. Both of my younger sisters, Angela and Victoria, graduated, one on Friday morning and the other on Saturday. It was back to back graduations for us so we all took time off from work and made it a long weekend. After each of the graduations, we took family and friends out to lunch. Then, it was totally nap time. Waking up early, sitting through long speeches, and eating lots of good food = late afternoon nap time.
It was such a fun weekend. And I’m soo not looking forward to going back to work after all the festivities.
And in two weeks, we’re doing it all over again when our cousin graduates from SF State.
How was your weekend? Hopefully it was just as wonderful as mine. =)
I’m keeping it simple today with a super easy to make salad dressing.
This strawberry citrus yogurt dressing is practically a smoothie. Sweet and tart, this creamy salad dressing is perfect on your favorite spring or summer salad. Sometimes that’s what I’m looking for in a salad dressing, something that’s simple and complements the flavors of the salad without overpowering the freshness of the ingredients itself.
In a couple days, I’ll share with you a recipe for the salad too!
I just love that this salad dressing is easy to make with ingredients that I already have. Of course, you can also substitute the fruit too to make this dressing more to your taste.
Add chopped strawberries, orange juice, plain Greek yogurt, honey, and a little bit of salt to a blender.
Blend all the ingredients together until they are completely smooth.
You can always adjust the ingredients to fit your taste buds. If you like your dressing thicker or tarter, add a little bit more Greek yogurt. If you prefer your dressing a little more on the sweeter side, you can always add more honey. There are so many ways you can adjust this dressing so that it works for you.
Drizzle this strawberry citrus yogurt dressing over your favorite spring or summer salad.
Enjoy!

This looks absolutely delicious – strawberries are in season here at the moment and so often I have a few that are just a little too soft to eat but too good to throw away, will certainly give this a try. Thank you.

I’ve never had Bulgarian yogurt before, and I’m not sure where I’d be able to get it. But I’m definitely going to be on the look out for it!
