Seriously one of the best dressings ever. You have to try it.

I love anything with strawberries. You’ve probably noticed by now the amount of recipes that include strawberries. It’s gotten to the point where I think I’ll need to create a section just for strawberries soon.

Strawberries as a salad dressing? I’ll have to eat more salads just to have the dressing.

This dressing is freshly made and includes only a few ingredients. Blend all those ingredients together and you’re done.

When I lived in Canada – over two years ago now – there were so many delicious fruity vinaigrettes that were so easily available, but ever since moving back to the UK (and now living in Japan) I have been unable to find any! It didn’t even cross my mind that it would be so easy to make by myself! Thank you so much for this recipe!

What a pretty salad dressing! I have made rapsberry vinaigrette, but never heard of strawberry vinaigrette. I love how you put salad in an avocado – beautiful presentation! I bet this would be good over a fruit salad as well. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe!
