Fresh lemonade mixed with guava nectar then topped with sparkling rosé wine and crushed ice. This guava Rosé lemonade is simple and refreshing and one of my favorite cocktails.
Happy Wednesday!!
I can’t believe that we’re just weeks away from summer officially arriving. Our summer plans are still tentative. We want to do a mini getaway but not exactly sure where yet. Plus, we have birthdays that we can finally celebrate. And weddings to attend.
In the mean time though, I’m definitely excited that berry season and stone fruit season are just weeks away from reaching their peak. I’ve been buying so many strawberries and peaches and nectarines and cherries even though they’re not quite at their peak sweetness yet. Wayyyy too excited to wait. I need to savor every moment with them while they’re in season. What are you most excited about? Do you have plans this summer?
With summer around the corner, we’re going to want something cool and refreshing to serve and indulge in during our summer BBQs and our gatherings especially now we finally get to see our family and friends again. I wanted to share this guava Rosé lemonade with you for all your entertaining needs.
Fresh squeezed lemon juice sweetened with a little sugar. Mixed with guava nectar then topped with bubbly rosé and crushed ice. This summer drink requires just four ingredients and come together in just minutes. You can easily replicate the recipe for a bigger batch as needed. Or you can make just one drink for after a long day of work.
I love that the flavors remind me of summer and vacation. But you can enjoy this right in the comfort of your own home. I hope you’ll enjoy this as much as I do.
