Icy cold lemonade topped with guava nectar and club soda. This simple to make sparkling guava lemonade is super refreshing and perfect for summer.
Happy Memorial Day weekend!
I hope that you’re having a wonderful extended weekend! I feel like it’s much needed. We’re currently in Portland eating our way through the city. I have never been to Portland before so I’m excited to discover new eats and explore new places. It’s been so long since we’ve been able to do that. I can’t wait to share photos of our trip when I come back.
In the mean time… let’s talk about this sparkling guava lemonade.
It’s Memorial Day weekend, which means, in my book, it’s the start of the summer season. As soon as it hits the end of May, summer produce begins to make an appearance at the farmer’s market. We get more daylight hours as the sun rises early and sets late every evening. The days will be getting warmer, and we’re going to need festive drinks to keep us cool. Especially if we’re hanging out in the backyard or at the local park while barbequing.
This Sparkling Guava Lemonade has all the summer vibes. The tartness from the lemonade, the tropical sweetness from the guava nectar, the fizziness from the club soda. It’s simple to make with just a few ingredients. And just perfect for all your summer gatherings.
Hope you’ll enjoy this as much as I do!
In a small mason jar, add granulated sugar and lemon juice. Whisk until the sugar has mostly dissolved. Add crushed ice to the glass.
Pour guava nectar into the glass. Add more crushed ice until the ice is above the juice.
Next, top with club soda and finish with more crushed ice.
Serve the sparkling guava lemonade cold.
