I can’t believe we’re already wrapping up the fall season. Every year, it feels so short lived. Every year, I feel unprepared. And every year, I say that the next year I’ll be more on top of things. And every year, it ends the same way. I guess there’s always next year.

Once it hits fall, it seems that everyone is obsessed with getting their fill of PSL while it’s available. I’m kind of surprised that I haven’t shared this pumpkin spice latte long ago. This pumpkin spice latte requires just a few simple ingredients. Strong coffee, almond milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and maple syrup. Every sip of this latte has notes of warm spices and a hint of pumpkin. All my favorite flavors of fall in a large mug of coffee, and the perfect way to wake up in the morning. Especially as it gets cooler.

I love that it takes just five minutes to make with no hassle. You can have it ready in almost no time and be ready to leave the house for work or for school or to run errands with a cup in hand.
