Thick creamy rich chocolate mousse with the taste of nutella in every bite. This Nutella Chocolate Mousse is delicious and easy to make, the perfect dessert to serve at gatherings.
I hope you had an amazing long weekend, and that you’re currently enjoying a shorter work week. I know I am. I spent the past weekend in Monterey, Carmel, and Big Sur. The views were sooo amazing, and it was the perfect getaway. If you have the chance to drive down Highway 1 along the California coastline and visit all those areas, definitely do it.
In the mean time, let’s talk about this Nutella Chocolate Mousse.
Some days I’m looking for super easy desserts to make. Especially lately. I feel like I’ve been attending more parties, and more potlucks these past few months. And I usually want to bring desserts with me. Something simple to make with easy to find ingredients. And these nutella chocolate mousse would be the perfect dessert to bring and to share with others.
With just three essential ingredients, this nutella chocolate mousse can be made in several minutes. The hardest part is waiting for the mousse to set and thicken.
This nutella chocolate mousse is rich and creamy. And seriously perfect when topped with shaved chocolate and fresh raspberries.
In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. This will take a few minutes. Add Nutella or any chocolate hazelnut spread and vanilla extract. Whisk until just smooth. Be careful not to overmix.
Divide the nutella chocolate mousse into 6 small ramekins or small jars. Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the mousse to set.
Once ready to serve, top the nutella chocolate mousse with shaved chocolates and fresh fruits.
Enjoy!
