Pomegranate juice and rosé wine served with lemonade then topped with club soda and crushed ice. This sparkling pomegranate rosé lemonade is refreshing and the perfect wine cocktail.
I feel like celebrating this week!
Will you celebrate with me?
It’s my birthday week so I thought we’d celebrate a little early with this refreshing wine cocktail. I mean…. I only turn 32 once so I might as well live it up a little. Lol. Pomegranate juice, rosé wine, lemon juice, club soda, crushed ice, and a wedge of either lemon or lime. Doesn’t it sound sooo good?
I think so, anyway.
It’s now one of my favorite wine cocktails. I mean, how can it not be when it has all of my favorite ingredients? It’s simple, delicious, and refreshing. Perfect for spring and summer as the weather gets warmer.
And seriously, that color. How can I resist that vibrant red hue?
A few weeks ago, my family and I were in wine country, and we may have bought a case of wine. I am not a wine connoisseur. Far from it. But I can definitely appreciate it a lot more than I did two years ago. Maybe it’s all those recent visits to wine country with one of my friends.
I prefer sweet wines. And my go to wine seems to be rosé. Maybe it’s because of the color? Maybe it’s because of sweetness? And so I wanted to create a spring/summer cocktail with it.
I’m all about the simplicity. And this wine cocktail is as simple as it gets. And perfect for sharing with family and friends too.

I just bought some POM juice today! I was gonna experiment mixing it with my homemade ginger kombucha, or some hydrated chia seeds. This sounds delish tho. Germany has a lot of sparkling beverages!
