Lately, I’ve been obsessed with breakfast on the go. I’m usually in a rush and don’t have much time to sit down for breakfast in the morning, but I’m trying to be better about it.

This overnight chia pudding is topped with yogurt purchased from Safeway, granola, dried fruits, and blackberries. I love how it’s super easy to make and perfect for bringing along to work in the morning. The slightly sweetened chia pudding, the creaminess of the Two Good Greek yogurt, the crunchiness of the granola, and the juiciness of the fresh blackberries all came together in this yogurt parfait.
