Lately, I’ve been obsessed with breakfast on the go. I’m usually in a rush and don’t have much time to sit down for breakfast in the morning, but I’m trying to be better about it.

I seriously can eat this overnight chia pudding yogurt parfait every morning. This yogurt parfait can be prepared days before, not necessarily just the night before. The ingredients are easy to find at your local Safeway. The flavors are soo amazing. Plus, it’s filling, which is what I need to hold me over until lunch.
Definitely give this overnight chia pudding yogurt parfait a try. It’s completely customizable with the various flavors of yogurt available, and of course, you can use any toppings you like. I hope you’ll like this as much as I do.
In a medium-sized jar, add chia seeds, vanilla almond milk, and maple syrup. Use a spoon to stir until all the seeds have dispersed. Refrigerate the chia seed mixture overnight so that the chia seeds can thicken.
Once you’re ready to serve the chia pudding, divide the chia pudding into two small jars or glasses. Top each jar with a container of Two Good yogurt in the flavor of your choice. Add granola, dried fruits, fresh fruit, and your other favorite ingredients.
