Crescent rolls stuffed with crispy bacon and topped with parmesan cheese. These parmesan bacon stuffed crescent rolls are so delicious and easy to make.
I’m so glad that it’s finally Thursday! I feel like it’s been a long week, and I just can’t wait for the weekend to start. But since I work on Saturday, my weekend doesn’t officially begin until Sunday. Maybe it’s because I’ve been sick the last few days and I’m just not as productive or energetic so every day feels extra long to me right now.
But I’m trying to get better quickly since there’s so much going on over the next few weeks.
On Sunday, my friend is visiting and we’re going out for an early birthday celebration. What we’re doing, I’m not quite sure yet. But I’m just excited for a day filled with fun and chillaxing.
In the mean time, let’s talk about these parmesan bacon stuffed crescent rolls. By now, you know that I’m all about the simple things. Especially when it comes to trying to figure out what to serve family and friends who are visiting.
What can be easier than a snack or appetizer that requires just three ingredients? Like literally just three ingredients. A can of refrigerated crescent roll dough, parmesan cheese, and pieces of bacon.
Simple enough, right? You’ll be ready to serve these crescent rolls in less than half an hour of prepping and baking.
First, cook the bacon. You can either cook the bacon on the stove in a skillet or you can bake them in the oven on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for about 20 minutes at 375F. Place the cooked bacon strips on a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
Unroll the crescent roll dough. Place about a half strip of bacon on the wider end of the triangle. I broke the bacon strips into smaller pieces so that it’s easier to roll. Roll the dough from the wide end to the pointed end. Carefully try to shape the rolls into the shape of a crescent. But if it’s not perfect that’s fine too.
Sprinkle shredded parmesan on top of each of the crescent rolls.
Bake the crescent rolls for about 10-12 minutes until the tops are browned.
Serve the parmesan bacon stuffed crescent rolls warm.
Enjoy!
