Chex cereal tossed in a delicious mix of cookie butter, chocolate, and powdered sugar. This cookie butter chex mix is the perfect snack for sharing.
With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, I’m thinking of all things chocolate. And this cookie butter chex mix is the sweetest little snack mix, perfect for gifting. Especially if you have kids with Valentine’s Day parties.
Tell me: do you prefer savory snacks or sweet snacks?
I definitely have my moments. Some days I’m in the mood for savory snacks and other days, I prefer sweet snacks. If you’re in the mood for savory snacks, you can try this Spicy Furikake Chex Mix or this Sriracha Furikake Chex Mix. They have a tiny bit of a spicy kick, but you can adjust it according to your level of spicy.
This cookie butter chex mix is definitely for fans of sweet snacks. It has the slightest hint of cookie butter and well, a generous amount of melted chocolate. Tossed in powdered sugar, this cookie butter chex mix is definitely not diet friendly. But! It’s super addictive. I can sit there with a bowl of this cookie butter chex mix and eat more than I really should.
I hope that you’ll like this sweet snack as much as I do.
