Pomegranate juice and hibiscus tea topped with vodka and crushed ice. This pomegranate hibiscus vodka iced tea is the perfect cocktail for spring celebrations.
Happy Tuesday!
I hope you had a great weekend!
My family and I just spent the entire weekend celebrating, since my cousin got married on Saturday. I’ll share photos with you later. But since we’re still celebrating, I thought I could share a celebratory drink recipe with you. Is it way too early for cocktails?
For the wedding, my sister Victoria requested that we have a bottle of vodka at the bridal party table, and we bought a ton of juices and sodas to mix with the vodka so that we could make our very own cocktails. We wanted to have a little fun with the drinks. The ones we made were on the simpler side. Blood orange sodas with vodka, cranberry juice with vodka, pineapple juice with vodka. You know, whatever it is that we had on hand.
This version I’m sharing with you is perfect for celebrating in the spring. Pomegranate juice and hibiscus tea, both bright and festive, are great as mixers in a vodka cocktail. All you need is a ratio of the ingredients. Like always, if you like your cocktails with more alcohol, by all means, add more vodka. But personally, I prefer just a hint of alcohol. So most of my drinks tend to be more juice than alcohol.
I love that this pomegranate hibiscus vodka iced tea is so easy to make with just a few simple ingredients. You’ll need pomegranate juice, hibiscus tea, water for steeping the tea, vodka, and crushed ice. Mix all these ingredients together to create a delicious cocktail. Don’t forget to mix though! Cuz I kind of did that and had only vodka in one sip and it was overwhelming.
Hope you enjoy this pomegranate hibiscus vodka iced tea!

I’m not sure whether it’s still winter or spring. I don’t think the weather can make up its mind. lol
