Happy Friday!

Oh my gosh. I’m obsessed with this Valentine’s Entremet cake from Ginger Elizabeth. Layers of pecan brownie, pecan dacquoise, Tahitian vanilla bean custard, and 72% Valrhona Venezuelan chocolate mousse. It’s seriously chocolate heaven. Every single bite you take is decadent and sooo delicious.

The Olympics have started! Are you guys watching?

It’s kind of funny. I’m not normally into watching sports, but when the Olympics are on, I’m all tuned in. Especially when it comes to the ice skating.
