My friends and I had lunch at the Rotunda on the 4th floor of Neiman Marcus to celebrate a friend’s belated birthday. Isn’t the view gorgeous?

This strawberry roll with sweet lemon glaze sounds like lemonade in a breakfast pastry! I would definitely wake up early just to get my hands on these.

The Rotunda is the best! If you get the chance try to go back around Christmas. They set up this huge tree that goes all the way to the top (their afternoon tea is also pretty amazing).
I’ve always walked past it during Christmas but never inside. I’ll have to go this year. And I haven’t tried their afternoon tea. I’ll have to do that too.

I haven’t worked with scallops before, but I’m considering it. We also had scallop during our trip to Napa, and I’m seriously considering using scallops in a recipe. But I feel scallops are a more high end kind of food. lol
The food looks amazing…. and look at the glass ceiling. Wish I could be there to try.
