The herb keeper works, but technically, it’s the same as putting water in a jar and putting your herbs inside. However, the herb keeper is definitely more convenient since you can remove the bottom and fill it with fresh water.
This is definitely something I would eat. I love eggs Benedict and bacon. A perfect combination.
