I just wanted to let you know that I’m having trouble with my site right now. My dashboard is refusing to let me log in, constantly telling me that my page cannot be found or that I have a redirect loop. When it does allow me to log in, my access lasts for a few minutes at most. So I have just enough time to send you a message, letting you know that that’s what happening.
I’m currently trying to work with WordPress and my host server to get this fixed as soon as possible. In the meantime, I’m not sure if it affects what you see on my blog. I know from my end, some photos aren’t showing and the content appears to be in plain text, definitely not how I wanted it.
Let me know what issues you are experiencing on my blog so that I can mention it to my host server and to wordpress.
Thank you so much for being patient. Once the blog is up and running perfectly again, I’ll be back sharing my new recipes with you plus an update through Life with a Wallflower. =)

Hi Maureen, the blog should be fixed. Let me know if it isn’t for you. It might just need a clearing of cache/cookies. So glad that it’s finally resolved. Have a great weekend!

HI, I’m having issues with my blog too. I can post an image, but it won’t let me add text. I have two blogs, but it’s only misbehaving on one….hopefully we will both get up tomorrow and our blog problems will be fixed. Goodnight.

I hope it’ll all work out for you! Mine turned out to be an issue with my plug-in. If it doesn’t get fixed, you should contact wordpress. Good luck!

I can see everything too. I wonder if it is your account? You could try opening a second account and giving it admin permissions?
Andrea| Cooking with a Wallflower says
It turns out that it was a plug-in I had recently installed to my blog. It prevented me from logging into my account and messed with the formatting on the page. Only some people saw that it was in plain text and others saw that it was normal. *shrug* I’m just glad it’s been resolved. Have a great weekend!

The mobile site seems to be working fine! Good luck figuring it all out… I hate technology sometimes! xo

It was the most frustrating two days ever. It turned out that one of the plug-ins I had installed that was affecting how I logged into my account and how the page is viewed. Took so many technicians to attempt to figure out what went wrong. And they couldn’t fix it. In the end, I just decided to play around with it. If it didn’t work, I was just going to reinstall everything.

Ugh! Sometimes these silly things are more trouble than they’re worth, I swear! Plug-ins, widgets, there’s so much that can go wrong! Haha….
Andrea| Cooking with a Wallflower says
There is! And the funny thing was I spoke to so many tech supports and they all thought I had a corrupted file, which i didn’t think it could have been. In the end, It was all because of a pretty plug-in. lol. I just had to turn it off.
The (Gluten-Free!) Food Gurly says
Some if these techs shouldn’t even be working! It took me 18 hours or something like that to get my blog back up and running when I switched to my own server….I kept telling them I thought I needed to install a new WordPress to the new site and they kept having me go down all these different rabbit trails. Do this and do that. This is the last step they kept saying. FINALLY, after almost a full day of speaking with people who obviously had no clue what they were doing and my blog being down, I get someone who knows what he’s doing… the guy says first do this then this (to fix what the first 3-4 had done) then he says… First we need to install a brand new WordPress on your site. I was like really?!?!?! That’s what I’ve been trying to tell these people all day! Within 20 minutes I was up and running again!
Andrea| Cooking with a Wallflower says
Now we know better lol. We’ll go with our instincts since it seems to be working well for us =)

I can see everything just fine. Good luck!

Thank you! I think it affected some people and not others. I’m just so glad it all worked out. Have a great weekend.

If it makes you feel better, I have had this occur several times today, too…

It was so frustrating! I’m so glad it all worked out in the end though! Have a great weekend =)

So sorry. Technology can be so frustrating!
Andrea| Cooking with a Wallflower says
It really can be! Especially when you don’t know much about the finer workings of a webpage! I’m so glad everything worked out in the end. Have a great weekend!

Sorry for your troubles. It looks fine to me.
Andrea| Cooking with a Wallflower says
I think it looked fine for some and not for others. I finally figured out what it was, a plug-in. Thankfully it’s all resolved now =) Have a great weekend!
