This week, Tessa from Handle the Heat released her brand new book: The Ultimate Cookie Handbook, and it’s such a great resource! Have you ever had trouble baking cookies? Sometimes they’re too flat, sometimes too hard, sometimes too crumbly? And you have no idea why? I know I always have issues. And I swear, it’s not me. It’s the oven. But, this handbook has so many tips to create the perfect cookie each and every time you bake. And until May 17, it’s only $12. =)
Have you seen this gorgeous work of art? The artists cut 98 different raw foods into 2.5 x2.5 x 2.5 cm cubes. I’m in love with it. And is it just me, or are you trying to identify each food item too?
Did you hear? Whole Foods will launch budget friendly stores in 2016. Yes!
Oh, and Starbucks now has mini sized fraps! Now, we can have our guilty pleasures and feel a little less guilty about it.
It’s strawberry season, which means I’m looking for strawberry recipes. And this Steamed Strawberry Coconut Poke Cake is totally up my alley.
Have I mentioned that I love lettuce wraps? And these tuna lettuce wrap with avocado yogurt dressing look so amazing.
Cheesecake is one of my weaknesses! And this Coney Island Cheesecake looks perfect.
This Southwestern Chipotle Shrimp Salad is on my lineup for dinner next week!
Oh my god! Mango Jalapeno Coconut Popsicles. I can just imagine the kick from these popsicles!
This Mojito Ice Cream Sundae sounds soo refreshing!
I love wonton and these Jalapeno Popper Wonton sound like the perfect appetizer!
The colors in this Raspberry Lemon Cupcakes are so pretty!
These Chicken and Bacon Ranch Stuffed Crescents look so simple to make!
Papaya Agua Fresca sound so refreshing and perfect for spring.
I love Brussels sprouts and this Crispy Brussels Sprouts and Citrus Salad sounds like an amazing dish.
Until the next Wallflower Weekly Faves.=)
