These last two weeks have been so busy and hectic!
I’ve been working on a craft project for a friend’s birthday and it has taken up so much of my time. I’d love to show you photos of it and maybe even directions on how to make your own, but it’ll have to wait another few weeks until I’ve actually given this gift to my friend. That way, I can’t ruin the surprise.
Here are a few sneak peek photos that won’t ruin the surprise =)
I should have paid closer attention to the pages I cut out for this paper rose… Oops. Lol. And can you catch my mistake?
You can find directions and templates on how to make this paper orchid and paper rose at The Elli Blog.
Aren’t they so pretty? So many paper flower templates that you can use for gifts and decorations.
If you’re into paper crafts like I am, check out the Elli Blog.
This birthday card, pictured below, was something I designed myself. If you think you might be interested in making the card, let me know and I’ll figure out how to write a post for it. =)
The other day, I went out with a friend and finally got my hands on macarons! I love macarons. They’re my favorite dessert. I might be able to eat them all day and not ever be tired of them. All those gorgeous colors and delicious flavors! How can I not be obsessed? But they’re so expensive, and they’re so dainty and elegant that I feel they’re intimidating to make! I haven’t had the courage to attempt making them yet. Know any good recipes?
These macarons are from Tout Sweet Patisserie in downtown San Francisco.
Hope you enjoyed seeing a little bit of my life. =)
Oh! And if you’d like to receive updates on my blog, you can like my Facebook page or follow me on my new Twitter page.
Until next time!

It’s useful when you’re trying to make homemade cards. =) The only thing is if you’re using thick cardstock, you have to hold it down for a little while otherwise it might not show.

Love the paper crafts! I don’t do much paper but this is intriguing. I may give them a try. Thanks
