Mocha M&M's Brownies

Chewy and fudgy brownies filled with M&M’s Holiday Minis and topped with holiday funfetti frosting and sprinkles. These Mocha M&M’s Brownies are so delicious and the perfect treat for the holidays.

  • 1 package Pillsbury™ Family Size Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
  • ⅔ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 teaspoons espresso powder
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • ¼ cup M&M’s Holiday Minis
  • Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Holiday Frosting
  • More M&M’s Holiday Minis for topping
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Lightly grease the bottom and edges of a 13x9 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray or vegetable oil. Set aside for now.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, the brownie mix, vegetable oil, water, espresso powder, and beaten eggs. Use a spatula to stir and mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated and appear smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the 13x9 inch baking pan. Add M&Ms to the top of the brownie batter and lightly swirl the top to cover some of the M&M’s.
  4. Bake the brownies for 28-31 minutes until the top is crinkly and the edge is crusty. Insert a toothpick into the center of the brownie. If the toothpick comes out clean, the brownie is done.
  5. Allow the brownies to cool before cutting into it. If the brownies are still warm when you cut into them, they might fall apart.
  6. Use a small spatula to spread the frosting onto the top of the brownies. Add sprinkles and M&M’s Holiday Minis on top.
  7. Serve these brownies warm or cold.
