  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 ½ tablespoons maple syrup
  • ⅔ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  1. Blend together cream cheese, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and cinnamon until all the ingredients are well combined and smooth.
