Acai puree blended with avocado, banana, strawberries, and orange juice then topped with nuts, chia seeds, and fresh berries. This strawberry citrus avocado acai bowl is simple to make and absolutely addictive.
Acai Bowl
  • 2 acai packets
  • 2 large strawberries
  • ⅛ cup orange juice
  • ½ medium avocado
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • ⅛ cup almonds, more if desired
  • ½ teaspoon chia seeds
  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • 2 large strawberries, chopped
  1. Blend the acai puree, strawberries, avocado, orange juice, and frozen banana until smooth and thick. Add another half frozen banana for thicker texture if desired.
  2. Top the acai bowl with sunflower seeds, chia seeds, almonds, blackberries, and chopped strawberries.
  3. Serve the strawberry citrus avocado acai bowl cold.
