Pomegranate Green Tea White Chocolate Bark

Green tea white chocolate bark sprinkled with fresh pomegranate seeds. This pomegranate green tea white chocolate bark is the perfect gift for Valentine’s Day or other special occasions.
  • 1 4 ounce bar good quality white chocolate
  • 1 ½ teaspoon green tea powder
  • 1 ½ tablespoon pomegranate seeds
  1. Place the white chocolate pieces in a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30 seconds intervals. Use a spoon to mix the chocolate. Once the white chocolate has melted, mix in the matcha powder. Place the matcha powder in a fine sieve or strainer and slowly shake the strainer over the white chocolate. This will help evenly distribute the green tea powder with no clumps. Use a spoon to mix the matcha powder into the white chocolate.
  3. Spread the chocolate onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top.
  5. Allow the chocolate to solidify in the fridge for about an hour.
  6. Break the bark into pieces.
  7. Serve the pomegranate green tea white chocolate bark as dessert or as a snack.
