Broiled Honey Grapefruits

Grapefruits drizzled with honey and sprinkled with cinnamon or chili powder then broiled. These broiled honey grapefruits are great for breakfast or as an afternoon snack.
Ingredients
  • 1 grapefruit, sliced in half
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey, divided
  • ΒΌ teaspoon cinnamon or chili powder (optional)
Directions:
  1. Set the oven to the broil setting.
  2. Place the grapefruit halves on a baking sheet or baking pan.
  3. Drizzle honey on top.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon or chili powder on top.
  5. Broil the grapefruits for 15 minutes.
  6. Serve the grapefruits warm.
