Glazed Candied Pecans

Glazed candied pecans made with just three ingredients in about 5 minutes. These candied pecans are delicious as a snack or as a topping for salads and desserts.
Ingredients
  • 2 ½ tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • ¾ cup pecan, deshelled
Directions:
  1. Place the granulated sugar and water into a small pan over low to medium heat. Allow the sugar water to come to a simmer.
  2. Now, add the pecan to the pan. Stir to evenly coat the pecan with the glaze. Allow the pecans to simmer for about 3-4 minutes before removing the pan from heat. Let the pecans cool and the sugar glaze to harden.
  3. Serve the pecans as a snack or as a topping.
