Acai blended with strawberries and coconut water then topped with goji berries, blueberries, and strawberries. This very berry acai bowl is refreshing and tasty, the perfect way to start your morning.
Ingredients
Smoothie Base
  • 2 packs acai puree
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • ½ cup strawberries
Toppings
  • 2-3 sliced strawberries
  • 1 ½ tablespoon dried goji berries
  • ¼ cup blueberries
Directions:
  1. Blend the acai puree with coconut water and strawberries until it forms a thick smoothie.
  2. Pour the acai smoothie into a bowl.
  3. Top with sliced strawberries, dried goji berries, and blueberries as well as any other topping you desire.
  4. Serve the acai bowl cold.
