Acai Berry Pumpkin Bowl

Acai blended with blueberries and pumpkin puree to create a delicious fall breakfast topped with sliced persimmon and crunchy granola. This acai berry pumpkin bowl is great for a quick early morning pick up before starting your day.
Ingredients
  • 1 pack Sambazon acai puree (or ½ cup acai puree)
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 small persimmon, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon granola, more to taste
Directions:
  1. Add acai puree, frozen blueberries, and pumpkin puree into a blender, and blend until the ingredients become smooth and thick.
  2. Pour the acai berry pumpkin base into a bowl.
  3. Top the bowl with sliced persimmon and granola.
  4. Serve immediately.
Notes
*If you don't have access to acai puree, you can substitute frozen blueberries with the same amount asked for in the recipe.
