  • 2 thick slices of milk bread or brioche, toasted
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • 1 ½ - 2 tablespoons condensed milk, more or less to taste
  • Maldon sea salt flakes
  1. On a warm slice of thick toast, spread a thin layer of condensed milk.
  2. Top with thinly sliced avocado, then drizzle with condensed milk to taste. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
  3. Serve the condensed milk avocado toast warm.
