Hibiscus tea mixed with gin and lemonade then topped with club soda and crushed ice. This sparkling hibiscus gin lemonade is simple, refreshing, and perfect for all celebrations.
Hibiscus Tea
  • 1 hibiscus tea bag
  • 1½ cups hot water
Sparkling Hibiscus Gin Lemonade
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 sprig mint
  • Crushed ice
  • 2 oz gin
  • Crushed ice
  • ¼ cup hibiscus tea
  • Crushed ice
  • ¼ cup club soda
  • Mint leaves
  • Crushed ice
  1. In a tall glass, add hot water to a hibiscus tea bag. Allow the hibiscus tea to steep for several minutes. Remove the tea bag and allow the tea to cool for several minutes. Set aside for now. You won’t need to use all the hibiscus tea for one serving. But you’ll have enough to make multiple drinks.
  2. In a medium sized glass, mix lemon juice and sugar together until incorporated. Add mint leaves and muddle it for a few minutes so the minty flavor is released. Add crushed ice. Then add gin. Then add more crushed ice. Next add about ¼ cup hibiscus tea. Add more crushed ice. Then top with club soda. Finish the drink off with more crushed ice and mint leaves for garnish.
  3. Serve the sparkling hibiscus gin lemonade cold. Stir to mix the lemonade before drinking.
