Matcha Lavender Latte

- 1 cup oat milk
- ½ tablespoon matcha lavender powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar/honey/maple syrup, more to taste
- In a small pot, heat oat milk over low to medium heat. Once the milk comes to a simmer, remove the pot from heat.
- Add matcha lavender powder and sugar to the pot. Whisk until the matcha lavender powder has completely dissolved.
- Pour the matcha lavender latte into a mug.
- Serve the matcha lavender latte topped with whipped cream and dusted with matcha powder.
