Baked Nutella Croissant French Toast

Ingredients
  • 4 large croissants, torn up
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons Nutella
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • Sliced bananas
  • Fresh berries
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or 9 inch pie dish with vegetable oil or nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl, add eggs, milk, vanilla extract, nutella, and granulated sugar. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Tear the croissants into bite size pieces. Add the torn up croissants into the mixing bowl and mix until all the croissants are covered in the egg mixture.
  4. Pour the coated croissants into the prepared baking pan, and bake for 25-30 minutes until the tops have browned. Allow the nutella croissant french toast to cool for a few minutes before sifting powdered sugar on top.
  5. Slice the baked nutella croissant french toast and serve warm with sliced bananas and fresh berries.
