Frozen blueberries blended with condensed milk then refrozen until firm. This blueberry soft serve is simple, delicious, and so perfect for summer.
Ingredients
2½ cups frozen blueberries
¼ cup condensed milk
Directions:
Place frozen blueberries into the food processor. Then add condensed milk and puree until it becomes smooth and thick. It might take a few minutes, and you might need to use a spatula to scrape down the sides.
Pour the blueberry puree into a metal baking pan and place into the freezer for about 20-30 minutes until it becomes firm.
Serve the blueberry soft serve immediately cold.
