Banana Nutella Bread

Fresh baked banana bread filled with swirls of Nutella in every bite. This Banana Nutella Bread is simple, delicious, and so perfect for a morning meal.
Ingredients
  • 4 medium sized banana
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1½ cup all purpose flour
  • 1½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Nutella
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9x5inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray or vegetable oil. Set the prepared loaf pan aside for now.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with either a spatula or a fork. Add vegetable oil, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and ground cinnamon.
  4. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  5. Pour the banana bread batter into the prepared loaf pan. Add dollops of Nutella onto the banana bread batter. Then use a knife to swirl the Nutella into the batter.
  6. Bake the banana Nutella bread in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove the loaf pan from the oven and cover with a foil to prevent the banana bread from browning too quickly. Bake the banana Nutella bread for an additional 20-25 minutes.
  7. Check the readiness of the bread by inserting a toothpick through the center. If the toothpick comes out mostly clean, the banana nutella bread is ready. Let the bread sit for at least 10 minutes to cool before slicing into it.
  8. Serve the banana nutella bread warm or cold.
