  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • ¾ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick cooking spray. Set aside for now.

  3. Sprinkle flour, baking powder, and baking soda over the dough and mix until combined.
  4. Add chocolate chip to the cookie dough and mix until combined.
  5. Use a cookie scooper to evenly divide the cookie dough into dough balls. About 1- 1½ tablespoons each. You’ll make about 16-18 cookies.
  6. Evenly space the cookie dough balls on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for about 10-11 minutes until the edges are browned but the center is still soft
  8. Allow the cookies to cool for a minute or two on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
