Heirloom tomatoes, burrata, basil, and corn tossed in olive oil, flaky salt, and freshly ground pepper. This heirloom tomato burrata salad is simple, delicious, and embodies all the flavors of summer.
  • 2-3 medium heirloom tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Flaky salt and freshly ground peppers, to taste
  • ¼ cup cooked corn
  • 1 sprig of basil, roughly torn
  • 1 burrata cheese
  1. In a bowl, add sliced heirloom tomatoes, corn, basil leaves, olive oil, flaky salt, and black pepper. Toss until well combined.
  2. Plate the salad and add torn up burrata.
  3. Serve this heirloom tomato burrata salad cold.
