Ripe peaches cooked until jam like consistency with elderflower syrup. This small batch peach elderflower jam is simple to make, delicious, and perfect with toast or crackers.
Ingredients
  • 2 large peaches, cubed
  • 2 cups water
  • 1½ tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup elderflower syrup
Directions:
  1. Place cut peaches into a small pot with water, granulated sugar, and elderflower syrup. Cook the peaches over low to medium heat stirring every once in awhile to prevent the peaches from burning and sticking to the bottom of the pot.
  2. Cook the peaches until they become a jam like consistency, about 40 minutes. Allow the small batch peach elderberry jam to cool down before placing them into a jar. Refrigerate the jam for at most a week and a half.
  3. Serve this small batch peach elderflower jam with crackers or on toast.
