Chia pudding flavored with pure vanilla extract and cinnamon spice. This simple to make cinnamon spiced overnight chia pudding is the perfect summer breakfast.
Ingredients
Chia Pudding
⅓ cup chia seeds
1½ cup almond milk
2 -3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon, more to taste
Toppings
Strawberries
Granola
Directions:
In a medium sized jar, add chia seeds, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, vanilla almond milk, and maple syrup. Use a spoon to stir until all the seeds have dispersed. Refrigerate the chia seed mixture overnight so that the chia seeds can thicken.
Serve the cinnamon spiced overnight chia pudding topped with strawberries and granola.
