Chai Oatmeal Latte

Chai tea steeped in almond milk with oatmeal then topped with whipped cream and granola. This comforting chai oatmeal latte is perfect for cold rainy days.
  • 1½ cup almond milk
  • 2 bags chai tea
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ cup old fashioned oats
  • Whipped cream
  • Granola
  1. Heat almond milk in a small pot over low heat. Once the almond milk comes to a simmer, add two bags of chai tea. Remove the pot from heat and let the chai tea steep for several minutes.
  2. Press the tea bags to squeeze out the almond milk, and remove the tea bags.
  3. Heat the chai milk tea over low heat. Stir in ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Add old fashioned oats. Cook for a few more minutes until the oats are cooked.
  4. Remove from heat and pour the chai oatmeal latte into a small mug.
  5. Top with whipped cream and granola.
