Creamy chai latte sweetened with maple syrup. This chai latte is simple to make and the perfect way to keep warm this winter.
Ingredients
  • 1½ cup almond milk
  • 2 bags chai tea
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions:
  1. Heat almond milk in a small pot over low heat. Once the almond milk comes to a simmer, add two bags of chai tea. Remove the pot from heat and let the chai tea steep for several minutes.
  2. Press the tea bags to squeeze out the almond milk, and remove the tea bags.
  3. Heat the chai milk tea over low heat. Add ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Whisk until foam appears on top.
  4. Remove from heat and pour the chai tea latte into a small mug.
  5. Serve the chai latte warm.
