Fresh blueberries cooked with sugar and water until it thickens into jam. This quick and easy small batch blueberry jam is delicious and perfect for summer.
  • 6 ounces fresh blueberries
  • 3 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon water
  1. In a small pot, add fresh blueberries, granulated sugar, and a little bit of water. Cook the blueberries for about 10-15 minutes until the blueberries have burst open and break down. Remove the pot from heat and let the blueberries sit for several minutes to thicken.
  2. Serve this quick and easy small batch blueberry jam on toast, with oatmeal, or in your drinks. Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to a week.
