  • Spring salad mix or baby lettuce
  • small apple, thinly sliced
  • cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • early girl tomatoes, slcied
  • almonds, walnuts, or pecans, roasted
  • avocado, sliced
  • corn
Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • pinch of salt (optional)
  1. In a large bowl, add a spring salad mix or baby lettuce, sliced apples, roasted almonds, chopped tomatoes and cherry tomatoes. You can add other ingredients like corn, walnuts, pecans, or avocado.
  2. In a small bottle, add maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Shake until the dressing is well combined.
  3. Serve the autumn apple salad with maple balsamic vinaigrette.
