Baked Honey Thyme Brie

Baked brie topped with heaping spoonful of local honey and sprigs of fresh thyme. This baked honey thyme brie is the perfect appetizer or snack for spring gatherings.
Ingredients
  • 1 wheel of brie
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • crackers
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Cut the rind from the top of the wheel of the brie. Drizzle honey over the top.Top with sprigs of fresh thyme.
  4. Bake the brie in the oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese has completely melted.
  5. Serve the baked honey thyme brie warm with crackers or bread.
  6. The brie is best eaten immediately but can be reheated and served later.
