Pomegranate Mint Mimosas

Pomegranate juice topped with champagne and garnished with mint. This pomegranate mint mimosa is delicious and perfect for weekend brunch.
Ingredients
  • ½ - ¾ cup chilled pomegranate juice
  • ½ cup chilled champagne
  • Crushed ice
  • Mint leaves for garnish
Directions:
  1. If you like a more minty drink, add fresh mint leaves to your pomegranate juice and refrigerate for an hour or two so that the mint infuses with the pomegranate juice.
  2. Pour the pomegranate juice into a small glass or a mason jar. When ready to serve, pour chilled champagne over the pomegranate juice. Top with crushed ice and with fresh mint leaves.
  3. Serve the pomegranate mint mimosas chilled.
