Matcha Green Tea Pistachio Ice Cream

No churn matcha green tea ice cream with salted pistachios in every bite. This matcha green tea pistachio ice cream is the perfect dessert.
Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
  • 2½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 13.8 oz condensed milk
  • ½ cup deshell pistachios
  • Sprinkles
Directions:
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add matcha green tea powder and just a little of the heavy cream. Whisk the matcha green tea powder and the heavy cream until the matcha green tea powder is completely dissolved and there’s no clumps of powder. Add the rest of the heavy whipping cream and the condensed milk. Whisk until the cream starts to thicken.
  2. Next, fold in the deshelled pistachios.
  3. Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container.
  4. Freeze the ice cream overnight.
  5. Serve the matcha green tea pistachio ice cream with your favorite toppings.
