Happy Monday! Annnd happy first day of March!

This past week has been one of those difficult weeks where you just want it to come to an end. And then my weekend was filled with apartment hunting for my younger sister. We looked at soo many one bedroom apartments. So it has been a super busy couple days.

Now that it’s a new week, and a new month, let’s start it right with a chocolate dessert.

This chocolate mug cake is super easy to make. You can mix everything right in your mug so that there’s less to clean up. And you’re making it right in the microwave so there’s no need to even wait for the oven to preheat.

The center of the cake is still fudgy and molten lava like. I love to add extra chocolate chips right in the center of the cake so that it’s extra chocolate-y. This cake takes just about 5 minutes to make. It’s perfect for chocolate lovers. And especially perfect for when you have sudden chocolate cravings.
