Happy Sunday!

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas weekend.

We spent Christmas day opening presents in the morning, then preparing food in the afternoon for dinner. It’s definitely different for us this year. Most of the time, we would go to the South Bay for Christmas at my aunt’s house. But we decided against that this year.

All of yesterday, I spent the day binge watching Bridgerton, which I’ve been waiting to come out for months now. I’ve been a fan of Julia Quinn’s Bridgerton book series for years now. So I was super excited that it was made into a Netflix series. Normally, I’m not the biggest fan of books to tv series. But this was well done and I can’t wait to see more in the future.

Tell me, how was your Christmas weekend?

On last day of Christmas weekend, so I thought I’d share this Baked Nutella Croissant French Toast. Just in case you’re in need of an idea for weekend brunch.

I’m obsessed with using leftover croissants for a French toast bake. It’s super simple and soo delicious. The top layer is crispy and flaky from the croissants. The center is more custardy. You can top the croissant French toast with powdered sugar and fresh fruits before serving.

Each bite of this croissant French toast has the flavors of Nutella. It is decadent and soo amazing, perfect for weekend brunch.
