Refreshing lemonade filled with mint, strawberries, and watermelon. This strawberry watermelon mint lemonade is delicious, easy to make, and perfect with a healthy salad on a hot summer day.
It’s June! Which means summer is quickly approaching! And I am soo ready for it.
Not that I have big plans for my summer yet, but we’ll see. There are so many different possibilities for a local getaway. =)
With summer just around the corner, I can already picture spending more time outdoors. Maybe hiking or picnicking or lounging around at the beach.
It’s so easy to bring along a ready to eat salad bowl, such as USDA organic superfood Ready Pac ElevAte salads, and a refreshing beverage for any of my outdoor adventures, or even for when I need something quick for lunch before heading back to work.
I recently discovered Ready Pac ElevAte salads and immediately loved the convenience and deliciousness of these bowls! If you’ve followed my blog for awhile now, then you know that I love salads that are loaded with ingredients, and these salads are definitely loaded with some of my favorite ingredients, especially the Nutty Cranberry, that are full of flavor and deliver clean and functional nutrition in every bite. They are anti-oxidant rich, high in omegas, vegetarian, and gluten free. These salads have a ton of flavor and texture, everything I’m looking for in a salad. And they can be easily found at Costco in a four pack.
The Ready Pac ElevAte salads are really similar to the salads I make for myself so it’s easy for me to bring these bowls along whenever I’m on the go and eat clean and feel great. These salads are portable and convenient and a great way to eat healthy and nutriously while being busy and active. It’s so perfect for summer. You can take them with you to work, on a hike, for after a workout. So many options. And to help myself, and you, keep cool during warm summer days, I created this strawberry watermelon mint lemonade to go with these delicious salads.
The sweetness of the strawberries, the refreshing taste of watermelon and mint, and the tartness of the lemonade are all perfect in a beverage for summer.
Steep mint leaves in hot water for several minutes to allow the mint flavor to develop. The longer you steep the mint leaves, the stronger the flavor.
Remove the mint leaves and mix in lemon juice, granulated sugar, or the sweetener of your choice, and ice.
Blend together cubed watermelon (or watermelon juice) and strawberries until smooth. Pour the blended strawberries and watermelon into the mint lemonade.
Stir until all the ingredients are well incorporated. Add more ice as desired.
Serve this strawberry watermelon mint lemonade with your favorite Ready Pac ElevAte salad.
Enjoy!

Discovering a new convenient healthy food is the best! I have to pinch myself sometimes – like wait, is this real!? Thank you for sharing the Elevate salads – I will be on the hunt for them now. I love your idea to pair it with the lemonade. It’s nice to have something special, like a fun drink to pack for lunch 🙂

This sounds really good! Can I substitute mint tea if I don’t have access to actual mint leaves?
Andrea| Cooking with a Wallflower says
I think mint tea should work, but I haven’t tried it myself. Let me know how it turns out =)
