Grapefruit is one of those fruits that you either love or hate.

Obviously, I fall in the former category.

I love the contrasting flavors of sweet and bitter all in one fruit. And I knew that I had to feature it as a main ingredient in one of my recipes.

This iced tea is not your ordinary iced tea. It’s filled with the refreshing taste of mint and the unique flavor of grapefruit.

It sounds a little strange, right? Grapefruit and mint paired together with iced tea? But it soo totally does.

First, steep a bag of green tea in a cup of water with 4-5 large mint leaves. You can add more mint leaves for a stronger minty taste.

Once the tea has steeped for awhile and starts to cool down, remove the tea bag and mint leaves.

Stir in the grapefruit juice. You can add a little bit of your favorite sweetener if you like. Garnish the drink with mint leaves and top with crushed ice.

Super easy to make.

And you can make larger batches too.

Enjoy!
