White chocolate fudge with a hint of peppermint topped with crushed candy canes. This peppermint white chocolate fudge is simple to make and perfect for a last minute Christmas gift.
Ingredients
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 - 14 ounce can condensed milk
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 2 peppermint candy canes, crushed
Directions:
  1. Line a 9x9 inch or 9x5 inch baking pan with parchment paper. You may want to grease the bottom lightly with nonstick cooking spray to make it easier to remove the fudge later. The fudge will be thinner if you use a 9x9 inch pan and thicker if you use a 9x5 inch pan.
  2. In a small pot, add white chocolate and condensed milk over medium heat. Stir constantly until the chocolate has completely melted. Make sure to stir constantly so that the chocolate doesn’t burn.
  3. Once the chocolate is fully melted, stir in peppermint extract until combined.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate into the baking pan. Use a spatula to spread the chocolate evenly.
  5. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top, and refrigerate the fudge for about 4-5 hours.
  6. Use a knife to slice the peppermint white chocolate fudge about 18-24 pieces depending how large you like your fudge.
